Year 9 Space Day

YEAR 9 SPACE DAYS - AT THE SPACE CENTRE


Develop team skills and use science to have fun at the same time.  Students will be assigned to an Apollo team and through the day they will learn about all the latest developments that are happening in the area of space exploration before undertaking their team task.  The day will include many practical activities, from building their own rockets, to combining the skills they have learnt to culminate in  the building of a lander which will launch and deploy a payload safely.  The day ends with the awarding of certificates and an overall prize to the winning crew. 

Cost £180 for a maximum of 30 students.
